Todd was in Austin, TX at the end of May for a conference and was able to visit with his cousin while there.
He also was lucky enough to check out lots of local culture, including the music scene.
He now understands why his cousin and family love the city so much.

We have spent many hours lost, err, I mean exploring Dallas.
Actually with a GPS nav system, it really is impossible to get lost
not matter how hard I might try. One thing among many I attribute to my mother;
when in a new city, go somewhere, then try and find your way home.
A very quick way to learn the roads and what the city has to offer.
Thanks Mom !I am actually getting to know the city fairly well.
There is so much to do and the people are very friendly.
Quite a wonderful thing to have all the ammenities of a large city. . .
with all the hospitality of a small town.
